1. Service Acceptance

By dropping off your garments or booking a pickup with Ravi Drycleaners, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all dry-cleaning, laundry, and specialized cleaning services.

2. Pickup & Delivery Policy

We offer free pickup and delivery on orders with a minimum value of ₹350 (or as per the current offer). For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery fee may apply. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

3. Garment Care & Liability

• We exercise utmost care in processing your garments and use methods best suited to the fabric type.
• Ravi Drycleaners is not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of holes in fabrics during the cleaning process.
• Liability for any loss or damage to a garment is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge of that specific item, regardless of brand or original cost.

4. Stain Removal

While we specialize in expert stain removal, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains. Some stains may become permanent over time or due to previous home treatments.

5. Uncollected Items

Garments not collected within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a storage fee. Ravi Drycleaners reserves the right to dispose of items uncollected for more than 90 days.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change based on the fabric, embellishments, embroidery, or complexity of the garment. Payment is expected at the time of delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed upon.
